Dirt Corps’ Natural Area Restoration Team provides professional ecological expertise and services for municipal and private clients across King County. Our professional crew stewards natural areas and improves urban green spaces through hands-on work implementing restoration ecology techniques and best management practices, installing and maintaining innovative stormwater systems, and enhancing urban forests in partnership with public land managers. Restoration technicians perform essential work for maintaining our community open spaces including removing invasive weeds, planting trees and shrubs, installing erosion control in critical areas, and creating and maintaining riparian habitat, while also building and maintaining rain gardens, roadside swales, and cistern projects.
